Civility, first name, surname, landline or mobile telephone number, e-mail address, postal or bank details, transaction number, purchase details, documentation requests, product purchased, quantity, amount, delivery address, purchase and service history, correspondence with the customer and after-sales service, customer exchanges and comments, payment methods, discounts granted, date of participation in competitions, prizes offered, IP address, connection data.
