Article 1 - Purpose
These conditions govern sales by the company Leuwkings of personalized clothing & accessories as well as by the company Épisode Créatif.

 

Article 2 - Prices
Prices are indicated in US dollars (USD) or in euros (€) depending on the site configuration at the time of the order.
Displayed prices are all taxes included (TTC) when applicable.

Shipping fees do not apply to orders for pickup at the convention.

Important:
In case of payment in a currency different from that of your bank card, conversion fees may be applied by your bank. The company Leuwkings reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of order validation.
Products remain the property of Leuwkings until full payment.

 

Article 3 - Orders

Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of validation of your order.

The company Leuwkings reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in case of supply issues, or in case of difficulty concerning the order received.

 

Article 4 - Validation of your order
Any order appearing on the site www.precommande-leuwkings.com implies acceptance of these General Conditions. Any order confirmation implies your full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. You declare that you have full knowledge of them.

The order confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
A summary of the information of your order and of these General Conditions will be communicated to you in PDF format via the confirmation email address of your order.

 

Article 5 - Payment
The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the indicated price.
Payment for your purchases is made by bank card via the secure system Stripe.com or via Paypal.com.

 

Article 6 - Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: The supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. However Leuwkings is a brand specialized in personalized manufacturing. Each order placed is made for you.

 

Article 7 - Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site www.precommande-leuwkings.com and within the limit of available stock. For products not in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.

 

Article 8 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address of the convention selected during the ordering process.

 

Article 9 - Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity or proven defect, the product may be subject to an exchange or a refund. Any complaint, request for exchange or refund must be sent by email to contact@leuwkings.com within 5 days following the handover of the order during the convention. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all elements (packaging, labels, accessories). Return costs are at the customer's expense.

 

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sales made during physical events (fairs, trade shows, conventions), the customer making their purchase in the presence of the seller. Furthermore, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, this right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products. Consequently, items offered by the company Leuwkings in the context of these sales are neither cancellable, nor refundable, nor exchangeable, except in case of proven defect or non-conformity.

 

Article 10 - Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation. The liability of the company Leuwkings cannot be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of the products or services you plan to order.

Furthermore, the company Leuwkings cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Finally, the liability of the company Leuwkings cannot be engaged for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, notably a service interruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

 

Article 11 - Applicable law in case of disputes
The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

The computerized registers of the company Leuwkings will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions that have taken place between the parties.
