🛒 How to pre-order?
Browse our selection of clothing and accessories available for pre-order for the event. Choose the items you are interested in and add them to your cart.

💳 Payment
Payment is made online only via our secure system (credit card or PayPal).
Your order is validated only after receiving the confirmation email.

📦 Pickup at the convention
Present your confirmation email at our booth during the convention to collect your pre-ordered items.
Pickup is reserved for people holding a valid pass for the event.

⚠️ Important
Products are made to order especially for you

Pre-orders are neither cancellable nor refundable

In case of non-pickup without notice, the order will be considered abandoned and will be subject to a refund of 90% (10% management fees retained).

⏱️ Timeframe
Items are prepared before the event and handed over directly on site. No shipping will be made for these orders.
